Welcome to The System.
This is the land past the human world, a place a tribe of coyotes and wolves stumbled on in their search for a peaceful sanctuary.
This land was once a beautiful place of freedom, security, hope, and peace. All was well and beautiful, and the wolves and coyotes found that this place was absolutely wonderful. However, they were not the first to arrive, here, in the world beyond that sacred cave.
There were 12 mighty gods, six wolves and six coyotes. These creatures were just like those who had just arrived - all except for their coats, which shone different tones, all lively colors. There were two of one color, one coyote, one wolf. Two reds, an orange, a yellow, and so on. Finally, there was one last pair who were, in fact, opposites - the wolf was a rainbow of colors, coat glowing of all shades, and the coyote was black with a white belly.
When the gods presented themselves to the tribe, the earthly canines bowed before them, their minds in pure awe at the sight of their beautiful coats. And as the tribe accepted them, they changed the tribe, making them all different colors like themselves.
And so, they all lived happily, content with their beautiful coats.
However, flames of darkness began to start within some of the wolves and coyotes. They thought themselves to be the best, and thus tried to take over the pack. Though they fought umongst themselves to see whom would take the role as the true King. Finally, the numbers of the dark ones went down, and staning alive were a team of four- two coyotes, two wolves. They struck down the leaders of the tribe easily, and them moved on to the gods. They planned to murder them, to kill them and steal their power. They suceeded, defeating the gods in an ambush and taking their power.
However, two of the gods lived - they'd fled the fight, all to hide themselves in shame.
The group of two coyotes and two wolves now sat as the complete rulers of all with the power of the gods. All who opposed them died quickly before they could blink. All feared them, and obeyed their commands miserably, though not one spoke out of line. Their powers and newly gained authority was showed when they tossed the lifeless body of the ten gods right in front of the crowd.

Ryouku Falls. This is where the female gods and spirits gave - and, perhaps give - birth to their young. They resided, here, in the walls of the canyon that is the falls, where there are dens finely carved from the stone. The water always glows an ominous violet at dawn and dusk, and in the day a shining indigo. The falls are over five hundred feet high, and the water comes down in several different places, some trickling over the rocks lightly and many pouring down harder than the Heaven's Rain. There are flowers in bloom all year, and the water never freezes over. Lush green grass covers the spaces wildflowers don't cover, and on the inside of the den behind the falls, there grows vines and ivy. The interior of the caves are carved intricate works of art, and there is always bedding gathered within for the Beauties to give birth to their litters.
Great Oak. In the middle of the Twilight Forest lay a tree, untouched by nature's aging. The fireflies always linger around the tree, as it casts a shadow upon the earth from it's massive branches. It was said that long ago, there came a dog who tried to destroy this tree, and God reached down his hand and trapped him in the fiery core of the earth for eternity. However, this tree hosts the spirits of the gods who lost their life to the System, where many wolves and coyotes alike come to pray for their peace in heaven. The tree is over ten thousand feet high, stretching out nearly a mile, and in the center is a hollow space, where a canine can come inside. There's actually a path inside to the top of this mighty tree, so that the dogs can speak with their ancestors. Still, it would take a creature with strong, firm legs to jump all the way to the top.

Sea of Starshine. Often just called the Sea of Stars, it was named for its tranquil behavior; in the night, they reflect the stars above to the point that you can't tell the sky apart from the ocean. The sea changes colors throughout the day, and the water laps rythimically at the shore, day and night. When the full moon rises and all the dogs sing their melodies, the sea is a chorus of sound, echoing the cries of the nightsingers and casting them to far away places. When the rain hits the sea it sounds like a windchime, a blessing to the ears of all the creatures who thrive near the sea. The shores are smooth white sand beyond the hills, where the plains suddenly stops and rolls into the water. There is a bridge of stone leading out to an island on the eastern side of the shore. It leads to what is called the Island of Eternity, which hosts the Song Stone. Moderators: {A}tsuki_Ryusei, m.aster socki.e;
Vast Plains. A rolling sea of green stretches out as far as the eye can see. Many caravans of wolf-coyote hybrids were forced to cross this into their slaveland not far beyond the plain's end, and many didn't survive. Each firefly you see on the plains is the lost soul of those poor creatures, who were unable to gain salvation due to the deaths of the gods. The two remaining gods in hiding, however, attempt to come every full moon to send them to the clouds, but every now and then, the system sends out its warriors to watch the plains. The grass is almost always green, and there are patches of lilac and clover, where pups and lovers cuddle together beneath the sun and the moon alike. The place is supposively guarded by the fireflies, and it is said to kill one is to lose your own salvation, and be doomed to take the place of wandering as the soul before you had. Twilight Forest. This forest is large enough to make it hard for the most experienced creatures to find their way out. Though there is a stone path through the forest to lead them to the Ryouku Falls, some dogs step off of the road for a moment and slowly drift away from their trail and into the forest. The woods are said to have mystical powers about them, to be able to charm the the crickets and all singers of the night. To many, these woods are perilous and dangerous, but to those who give in to the supernatural abilities, this is a wonderland. The forest has clearings within it, hosting space for waterholes and creeks, but is dense with bramble and gorse among the trees. There are several sinkholes on the western side of the path, and all those of the night be warned - those sinkholes are something quite dangerous, and to be trapped inside might just lead one to insanity.
Crimson River. Through the rising and falling of the Vast plains thunders a large river. Surrounded by tall grass and stones on downriver, any coyote or wolf can come here for a good swim. The current is not too strong, unless it has rained recently - then the river floods the shores, and races downstream into the ocean like mad. Many animals come to drink, here, such as the deer or the occasional fox. Before the gods chased out the bears, they came to catch the samon as they swam up stream. Now, any dog with a taste for seafood can enjoy this, as every year the tradtion is to come and catch fish. If the younlings have learned to swim in the ponds and waterholes, they often come here to learn to fish, as the river is clear as glass. During the cold suns and moons of the winter season, this river ices over, allowing a dog to cross without getting their paws wet.
The Dreadful Caverns - Slave Territory. This is where the slaves reside after a day of building and working for the higher classmen. These are the slaves no one really trusts, or those who have stirred up trouble in the system, thus they live far, far away from the Alphas. They must collect their own bedding, and their dens are often connected. They sleep together as well. The water, here, comes in from the Wide Canyon and other brooks, and the entrance is a burrow that the slaves dug out after their exodus from the rest of society. Stone and liquid cover the whole place, and all that can be heard aside the mumbles of the hybrids is the sound of of running water and drip-dropping, which can get very annoying. The area is constantly guarded by a patrol of warriors, and no creature dares resist. They might just lose an limb, or even their useless life.

The Dark Woods - Hunter Territory. Deep in the shadows lies a single pond, surrounded by grass and boulders. Many trees are hollow at their bases, here, giving shelter to the canines who call this place their home. The rocks and even the gorse are placed so that there are dens, and they usually find themselves sharing homes with friends or mates. These are the regular ones, the middle-class society, thus they take what they can, no more, no less. Their dens are usually filled with grasses and moss as bedding, and they shelter the entrance of their territory with walls built from logs, twigs, stones, and sometimes grasses. There is a hunting patrol for every part of the day, and they bring food to the Alphas, Warriors, and the Beauties, and the leftovers go to the slaves. Loners sometimes join as Hunters, here, the only place they'll really be accepted. Younglings are trained here as well.

The Peaceful Hollow - Beauty Territory. Beside the ocean and the plains, though almost completely surrounded by tall hills, there lies a little sanctuary. A flat area covered in wildflowers and cherry trees, this area is nearly paradise. Dens are carved into the walls of the valley to shelter the females from the winds and rain, as well as the tide of the ocean. This terra is unusually safe and secure so that breeding and birthing can take place safely, without the constant threat of rebellion or conquests by the rogues. All dens are full of only the finest rabbit and mink skins. There is a council of elder females who help the Beauties birth their young, as well as female slaves who assist them all. This is the nicest place for the slaves to live, as the females here treat them with kindness and goodness. Beauties even share dens with them so that they can have the comfort their 'masters' have.
The Imperiors' Point - Alpha Territory. Hidden within the hills of the plains, there lies in secret a cave. The cave stretches miles into the earth, with multiple dens within the the walls. There is chamber after chamber underground, and although it does not sound very attractive, the interior is absolutely georgeous. Marble lines the floors and sapphire on the walls, and it was once a shrine for the gods. Now, however, it is an office for the imperiors and those they summon, as well as some of the beauties on occasion. In the center of this is their own private pond and water hole where they bathe and drink from the running water. Many slaves live in the outter cavern, however, where the space is not near as lovely - still, it beats where many slaves were forced to live, and they appreciate the fact that they were chosen for the job. Most of the slaves are female, here, and they are treated much better than the others, especially by the mothers. They sometimes watch the officials' young while they are out hunting, making them like friends sometimes.

The Wide Canyon - Warrior Territory. Beyond the Twilight forest, there lies a grove. In the center of that grove, however, there is a depression. And in that massive, sinking spot lie numerous dens. This is where the warriors and skilled canines reside and work. Grass lines the floor of the canyon, as well as a fair sized brook that runs into the hole and then off into the underground caverns below. Warriors, here, often spend their days chatting with others about the finest styles of combats, and the skilled wolves share knowledges with their apprentices. The Beauties sometimes come to visit their mates, and they are always welcomed warmly. The dens are spacious and their bedding is almost as fine as the alphas', made of skins and healing herbs for their aches and pains. Senior warriors reside here as well, and also elders who can no longer fight.
